Since all the children in the school have special needs, there are various plans to teach them daily work so that these children can do their daily work normally. Individualized Education Plans (lEPs) are used to facilitate these ADL activities and to improve their learning skills. ADL activities include — dressing, nailing, putting items into their bags, using the toilet, painting, singing, reading poetry, hardening, eating, shopping, baking, sweeping the house, sweeping, chopping vegetables, cooking and all such activities. On the other hand, an Individualized Education Plan (IEP) on Bengali, Mathematics, English, and other subjects is developed so that they can improve their reading skills.
