Birth:

Mst. Ayesha Jahan was born on 24th October 1994 in Dangapara village of Duaria union in Lalpur Upazila of Natore district. Father Md. Abdul Jalil Pramanik is an educationist and one of the founding members of several schools and colleges and is currently the president of a college and mother Mst. Shahnaz Begum is an educationist and a member of the management committee of two schools. She is the second among four sisters.

 

Education:

Mst. Ayesha Jahan studied at the primary level in the village school. She studied at the secondary level at Kalasnagar Girls' School and passed the SSC examination in the first division. She completed SSC from Kalasnagar College and passed in first class. Afterward, she pursued 4 years B. A Honors in English Language and Literature from Bangladesh Islamic University, one of the private universities in the country, and here also she graduated in first class. Rolls ranged from 1 to 3 in most classes since childhood. Her Bachelor of Special Education (B.S.Ed.) was pursued at Government Special Education Teacher Training Center.

 

Supplementary courses:

She embarked on 3 months basic course on computers from Bangladesh Technical Education Board and achieved an A-plus. Her entrepreneur development training has been done under the Prime Minister's Office.

 

Workplace/Employment:

At the time of graduation, she was working as a human rights activist for Positive Health Education and Legal Aid Foundation, a non-profit and service organization. During this time, she was engaged in various charitable works for the welfare of the poor and miserable people. Additionally, she was on duty at the news desk of an online daily for 4 years. Subsequently, since 2016, under the Ministry of Social Welfare (2009 Special Education Policy for the Disabled), Mst. Ayesha Jahan has been successfully performing her duties as a Senior Assistant Teacher in the Dhanaidaha Haque Autistic & Buddhi Protibondhi Biddaloy.

 

Prospective targets:

The main goal is to operate for the development of children with disabilities and execute the knowledge earned from the Masters of Special Education (MSED) to improve the quality of education for children with special needs. Above all, through her own experience and hard work, she strives to establish Dhanaidaha Haque Autistic & Buddhi Protibondhi Biddaloy as the best and exemplary institution in the world, so that other schools can follow or imitate the institution.
